Last December, after several meetings online to get the project up and running, we could finally meet face-to-face. This was an opportunity to fine tune the different aspects of the project that needed to be done, but also to have some time to meet the people involved in the project and to build a stronger partnership.
During the meeting we were able to review the project Gantt, to assess the risks and uncertainties that we still face, look at the Competence Framework development and to plan the dates for the coming Training of Trainers.
